As the PTSA Board, we welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year at Acacia Elementary – Proud Home of the Cowboys!

Thank you for visiting our PTSA website. Please explore the information on this site to learn about the PTSA and how parents can get involved and stay informed. This website provides current PTSA board contacts, dates of events, PTSA meetings, forms, and descriptions of the programs sponsored by the PTSA.

The PTSA aims to enrich the environment for our children, families, and community. It takes many volunteers to make that happen; parent volunteers are always necessary and welcome. Check this website often to review the many volunteer opportunities.

To be successful, Acacia needs the support and involvement of our families, faculty, staff, and community business leaders. Please show your support by joining the Acacia Elementary School PTSA. Another way to show your support is to participate in the many events and programs we plan for the year. Your participation could be that of a committee member, volunteer, or attendee. Whatever level of participation you select, your time and involvement will certainly be appreciated. Here are three of the main but not only reasons to join PTSA this school year:

Get Connected: It’s a great way to know what is happening in your school and have a voice in the activities. You will also network with other parents at the school, building a close environment for everyone.
To Grow: By volunteering, you will gain valuable experience, put your skills, hobbies, or spare time to good use for a great cause, and in the process, meet new people. Our wonderful volunteers make a huge impact at the school!
Help Make a Positive Change: You can offer and share new ideas. The PTSA plays an important role in fundraising to provide curriculum supplies, family events, books for the library, and important items for the school. You can voice your opinion and help decide on important issues such as budgets, activities, fundraisers, etc.
